Tamela Staubs

Tamela fell in love with Aerial Yoga several years ago when she and her daughter attended classes every week as a healthy way to stay connected as her daughter entered adulthood. She soon realized the benefits of inversion relieved her physical pain, created an open space for spiritual soul enlightenment and calmed her anxious mind. A desire to enrich others’ lives led her to complete her Aerial Teacher training and 200hr Yoga teacher training.  Tamela first stepped into a gym 27 years ago. Over the years she has weight trained, cycled thousands of miles and mastered aerobic classes. She was a pioneer in Mom-to-be Tai Chi when it was not acceptable and touts the benefits of exercise of any kind at any age. “I became one of those people - you know the ones - the type that say...Yoga would help that”.  Yoga helped Tamela stay grounded in unstable times. Her strong love for others shows in her guidance through poses and breathing.  Tamela  ventured into real estate over 18 years ago. She has helped hundreds of people sell and buy real estate with my proven systems. She feels very lucky to have multiple passions. It never feels like work because I love it.

Mia Mann

Mia started her pole journey in April of 2017. Never liking working out in gyms or CrossFit facilities, she found a Groupon for pole fitness classes. Committing herself to 5 classes, her love of pole began. The times at the studios became her ME time, allowing her to not overthink or worry about every day life, to focus on herself physically and mentally and just be happy; she wants the same for all clients/students as well. She wants all clients/students to see their full potential in themselves that she sees in them.

In 2018, Mia competed in Orlando at PSO Southeast. She placed 1st in the Masters (40+) Champion Level 3 division. Her intent is to compete a few more times in the coming years.

She is certified with Aerius in Spin Pole level 1 and 2 and plans on continuing her pole certifications in her pole journey.

Rebecca Wilkinson

Rebecca first fell in love with aerial arts after taking a pole classin college with a friend in 2013. She loved that it felt like combination of the dance and gymnastics training she did as a kid. After a few years of taking pole classes she ventured into taining on Lyra as well as silks. She fell in love with the flowing feeling she got while performing on Lyra and decided she wanted to help others experience that same feeling.

Rebecca is certified by Aerius Fitness in beginner Lyra as well as beginner spin pole.
