Studio Policies


  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to give your spot to another student on the waiting list. You will not be allowed to join the class and will not be refunded. 



  • A cancellation within 24 hours of class time is considered late & the credit will be forfeited. Students with unlimited memberships will pay a $10 fee.



  • A 'No Show' will forfeit that class credit & pay a $10 fee.



  • Twisted Aerial Fitness has a no refund policy.

  • All merchandise, class passes, and memberships are FINAL sales. 


We ask that you please respect our instructors & other students by showing up dressed & ready to start your session at the scheduled time.

This studio is AMAZING! I've been a member since the end of June 2014, and since then my confidence has boosted significantly! My strength has increased, and I feel strong and sexy! The girls at Sinsational are amazing women who truly care about you and how you improve! I love this place!

Pole & lyra have literally changed my life. I am used to normal weightlifting, HIIT, and other workouts, but there is nothing quite like pole fitness! It is so fulfilling to get in class and learn new tricks and techniques. It is the best workout I've ever tried while also bringing me so much joy. I have a background in cheerleading, dance, and have always love theater and the circus. I had wanted to try lyra for ages and when I finally tried it for the first time in 2020, my life was forever changed.
