New to pole but ready to start? Don't be shy, we love beginners! Most of our drop-in classes are beginner-friendly, but if you are looking for a more comprehensive program geared towards those who are completely new to pole dancing, check out the INTRO TO POLE workshops which start every month!
INTRO TO POLE is a great way to dip your toes into pole dancing, and we'll even take you off the ground with some basic climbs! This 4-week workshop meets once weekly for 60 minutes to gear you up for whatever your goals are - whether you want to get strong, advance into our other pole courses, or just try something new.
